Meet Kirsten and The Stig

DQ: What is your dog’s name? K: The Stig (named after the driver in Top Gear because he’s black and white and very FAST).

DQ: How old is your dog, and how long have you had him? K: Stig is turning three years old in December. I’ve had him since he was nine weeks old. The day he arrived off the plane was easily the best day of my life!

DQ: Does your dog have dog brothers and sisters? K: Yes, he’s got a younger brother who is also a Smooth Fox Terrier. His name is Toby, which is short for Tobias.

DQ: What is your dog’s favourite treat? K: Stig’s favourite treat is liver biltong from Raw Gold!

DQ: Does your dog have any hobbies or activities he takes part in? K: Yes, he has recently started his competitive career in the agility field. We go to classes weekly. He also loves hikes, running on the beach and swimming in the dam.

DQ: What makes your dog unique? K: That’s easy; the fact that he is almost three years old and gets called out by everyone for still looking and seeming like a puppy! Also, the nose. The VERY LONG NOSE.

DQ: Why should your dog be DQ Famous? K: The Stig should be famous because a Smooth Fox Terrier this handsome should not go unnoticed. He is compact, lean, fast, cute and incredibly clever. He really is the best combination of everything!
