This class is for any woman who is interested in becoming more empowered and more confident if ever faced with danger. Discuss the importance of staying aware and being “smart” on the street and at home and then learn the basic strikes necessary to fend off an attacker. Pickleball is a sport that can be played on a badminton court and is a cross between tennis, badminton, and ping pong played with a paddle and a wiffleball.
