HRCA Leadership
District Delegate: Highlands Ranch is divided into districts whose community members select a delegate to represent them in Association matters. Your delegate, a volunteer position, is your voice. The Delegate Meeting is the third Tuesday of each month at 6:30 p.m. Meetings are open to the public. Find the current district delegates on pages 5 - 6 and at HRCAonline.org/DistrictMap. Board of Directors: HRCA is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors who are elected by delegates. The board meets immediately following the Delegate Meeting on the third Tuesday of each month. Committees: Architectural, Finance, Development Review, and other ad-hoc committees are often looking for new volunteers. See HRCAonline.org/Committees.
