Douglas County has an ordinance that requires homeowners to remove snow from sidewalks within 24 hours of the end of the snow storm. Mailboxes are generally the responsibility of the property owner close to the area. This is a great season to help out if you know someone in your neighborhood that could use a hand.

The holidays are right around the corner and we have some fun activities for you and your family. Consider the Clay Lantern Holiday Gift Workshop on December 10 or the Handmade Clay Ornaments on December 3 and 17. These fun projects are a great way to spend some indoor time together, making memorable family household decorations that you’ll want to keep year after year.

For your 3-6 year old, consider enrolling them in the Holiday Princess Camp. Princesses will get to participate in a fun holiday activity, sing and, of course, dance. Or your 2-7 year old
