7 t h A N N UAL H RCA F IT N ESS C H ALLE N G E The 7th Annual HRCA Fitness Challenge encourages participants to aggressively loose those holiday pounds while reshaping for that Spring Break body! The challenge runs eight weeks, January through March. Participate as an individual or sign up as a couple. Winners are determined by the total percentage of body weight lost during the eight-week period. As a reward for completing the challenge, all participants are invited to attend our recognition cocktail party the week after the challenge. FALCON SPORTS CAMP Spend winter break with us at our multi-sports camp. This camp for ages 7-12 offers the perfect opportunity to explore a wide variety of sports and other fun “school yard” games. Falcon Camps provide a safe and positive athletic environment that emphasizes critical lessons such as sportsmanship and teamwork. WINTER B REAK TENNIS CAMPS Keep the kids busy over the holidays with Winter Break Tennis Camp! The HRCA is offering two junior tennis camps for kids aged 7-13. Both three-day fundamental camps improve and refine existing skills and include swimming. Bring a tennis racket, tennis shoes, water bottle, snack, swimsuit, and towel.
