RULES & REGULATIONS
GUEST POLICY & FEES
Please read the Recreation Center Rules and Regulations that are available on the HRCA web site at www.HRCAonline.org. NOTICE By enrolling or participating in any program and recreational activity provided or sponsored by the Highlands Ranch Community Association, Inc. (HRCA), members and guests acknowledge and agree that there are certain risks inherent in the programs and activities conducted at the HRCA’s recreation centers or off-site programs which the members and guests assume. And by doing so members and guests agree to waive any claim of liability against the HRCA and its members, directors, officers, agents, employees, contractors, related entities and affiliates, and their agents, arising out of any loss, injury, or death attributed to such risks and the use of the HRCA’s recreation facilities or off-site programs. Members and guests also agree that the HRCA or any sponsor may subsequently use photos of them for publicity and/or promotional materials such as web sites, posters, or other merchandise. FACILITY INFORMATION The HRCA offers first-class recreational programs designed for all ages and abilities. From sports, dance, arts and crafts, to tennis and fitness programs and over 100 community events, we have something for everyone. See the amenities offered at each facility on page 3. Check our web site for facility closure schedules.
Members must register recreation center guests. Four recreation center guests per day is the limit for each household or party. Recreation center guests must be accompanied by a member while using any facility. GUEST FEES $5 for children 2 - 11 years $6 for 12 - 17 years $7 for 18 - 54 years $6 for 55+ years Punch Pass 10 visits - $55 No charge for infants less than 2 years

Registration for the HRCA’s programs and activities are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Some registration deadlines and fees may be different for program guests. Please see complete Rules and Regulations at www.HRCAonline.org. Programs are subject to cancellation. Prices and dates may change at any time during this publication duration. THREE WAYS TO REGISTER Registration is ongoing. For the most up-to-date class availability, try online registration! 1. MEMBER SERVICES/REGISTRATION Available at all facilities. Obtain membership cards, new resident registration or change of address, program registration, or cancellation.
ACCEPTED PAYMENT Cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Most programs have a separate member and guest registration fee. Prices are for members and program guests, unless otherwise indicated. Example: $60/$80 = $60 for members, $80 for guests.
MEMBERSHIP
Membership in the Highlands Ranch Community Association (HRCA) is for Highlands Ranch homeowners living in designated Highlands Ranch neighborhoods. You may register for membership and receive your ID card at any of the four HRCA Recreation Centers: See hours page 3. All members are required to show a membership card upon entering the HRCA recreation facilities or Backcountry Wilderness Area Trails. MEMBERSHIP OR REPLACEMENT CARD FEE $8 per card (age 7+). Children age six and younger do not need a membership card, but are required to be directly supervised within any HRCA recreation center by a responsible party age 12 or older at all times.

Renters of homes in Highlands Ranch may use the HRCA recreation facilities (and receive a membership card) if the homeowner completes a Consent to Tenant Form relinquishing their rights to use the facilities to the tenants.

Racquetball is a sport you can play year-round. Build endurance, strength, flexibility, and coordination while playing this fast-paced game.
Pickleball is a sport that can be played on a badminton court and is a cross between tennis, badminton and ping pong played with a paddle and a wiffleball. Please check the Southridge gym schedule for up to date drop-in pickleball times.
