2011 Budget planning The HRCA Finance Committee and staff are working on the 2012 Budget and will have a draft posted on our web site in mid-October for homeowners to review before it is presented to the Recreation Advisory Committee meeting on October 18. A final budget will be adopted at the November Board of Directors meeting.
