QuarkXPress 6.0, Adobe Illustrator 10 or higher, Adobe Photoshop 7.0 or Adobe Acrobat PDFs; no tiffit files, please. Please be sure to include all fonts (Macintosh format only) and graphics used in the advertisement, as well as all native files and program version information. (Adobe fonts are required.) Files may be submitted on either CD, DVD or via e-mail. CDs and DVDs should be Macintosh format. Please label all materials, whether submitted via e-mail or via disk, with the name of the advertiser and the publication in which the ad is to appear. For black-and-white advertisements, please include a hard copy of the advertisement for proofing purposes. For color advertisements, provide color chromes if available, or a color laser copy or similar digital proof is acceptable, but we cannot guarantee exact color matching.
