PROJECT 1 -ELEVATED NEIGHBORHOOD In the 21st century, people began to realize that abundant land resources could not keep up with its growing demand. As demand continues to increase over time, a skyscraper solution has been proposed, which leverages the capacity of the land by building superstructures to support a larger population. The project designed an elevated community that rises from the ground at a certain height. The lower part of the building and the ground are used for urban agriculture, community gardens and basic shops, while the upper part of the complex creates a self-contained community. Housing is the main function of the complex, which also houses public spaces such as studios, gardens and learning centers.

Lower part and the groundurban agriculture, community gardens and basic shops. Upper partself-contained community: Housing, studios, gardens, learning centers, bar. The purpose of the design is to explore a new way of analyzing land value in an urban environment. Buildings above the land can protect the agricultural areas below from heat, with shade and thermal comfort.

PROJECT 2 -ARCHED GROWTH

-The activity area is connected to the road on the east side. This allows the project to connect the residents of the town centre and the buildings on the east side.

-Through the green arrangement, an outdoor public square is formed.

-The project area is close to the city center and residents need a space where they can gather for activities. Therefore, the design of landscape activity area plays an important role in the development of urban functions.

PROJECT 3 -FUN BOXES Passenger train travel, a revolutionary creation in mass mobility, began 200 hundred years ago, between stations of the Liverpool Manchester Railway. In September 2030 there are plans to celebrate the bicentenary both in the cities of Manchester and Liverpool and at operating train stations along its route. Each of these train stations will host connected celebrations throughout the year and will mark this occasion with bespoke exhibitions and events which will welcome new visitors and existing commuters alike. A nomadic bicentenary carnival party will arrive and depart via stations along the Liverpool Manchester route. Huyton (formerly Huyton Gate) is one of these stations. Huyton Village will host a series of performance events throughout the year, beginning and culminating with station arrivals and departures via an Exhibition/ Carnival hub. This project is aiming to design a demountable carnival / exhibition and incubator hub with public realm at the tip of the high street: Huyton Station Gateway. It will house three events : carnival performances , exhibition of the history, incubator activities.

The project is located at the Huyton station - one of the stations between the Liverpool-Manchester Railway. The site area is located at one end of Huyton Village High Street. It will become Huyton Station Gateway – located on a site adjacent and linked to the station. There is a car park on the north side of the station, will be the main area of the project.

· Main area of the site is a car park · Used for a BINGO hall

· Basic frames · Form box spaces · Plug-in

When I arrived at Huyton station, it was a rainy day, the air felt cold, the sky was grey, people waited for train in silence, there is no vitality.

Use a bridge to connect four platforms The stage faces the main entrance Divide site into two parts Stage & The others

With the carnival opportunity, Huyton has the potential to be revitalized. People come back here for carnival, Everyone will enjoy Huyton. I want to paint Huyton colorful and make the site fun.

Create access from bridge to ground Create access along from bridge to raised spaces Two openings on brick wall Divide E part into (Staff to backstage & Visitors to activity area) outdoor stage & indoor stage Raise activity rooms from ground Divide W part into High tower for viewing exhibition area & workshop area

Create main structure frames

· Air corridor · See the carnival route · Sit in and watch the trains · Provide a connection pathway

Fill frames with demountable containers Delete extra frames

Final result with designed facade and landscapes Seats and shelter with extension rod added
