Hey Adventurous LCVP applicants ! I would like to congratulate your heated passions and motivations for this 1718 term firstly. Choosing to get out of comfort zone is not easy but I hope this journey is going to make you strong and distinctive in your chapter of life. AIESEC has been providing me various challenges for almost a year but never imagined to be an LCP before. AIESEC in Yangon was launched right in front of us and we all are in the same page of book called “Adventure”. We are responsible to create impacts on our first page which would be full of challenges and obstacles yet new and potential tasks to achieve. We are the ones who will make the first ever history in this book of infinity. Let’s get adrenaline throughout the year and be adventurous together !

OGV Functional Question

1. Propose your OGV structure and plan aligning with goal, target, channel, topic. 2. Do you think Outgoing Global Volunteer Program is necessary in Myanmar and what are the impacts ? 3. Since AIESEC in Yangon is the city-based LC, how are you going to manage the market segmentation ?

4. Describe your OGV Strategy in terms of marketing. 5. Since the members are lacking at the moment, how are you going to manage your team members until the next recruitment ?


IGV Functional Question

1. What is the SWOT Analysis in terms of national iGV projects 2. LC iGV is cooperating with national project at the moment hence, what is your

strategy for iGV AIESEC in Yangon 3. Create 1 new project based on SDGs and describe the objectives, activities, timeline, budget plan and value preposition.

4. What is your goal, target, channel and topic in terms of iGV. 5. What is your scheme of collaboration with MC Team ? 6. Since the members are lacking at the moment, how are you going to manage your team members until the recruitment.


TM Functional Question

1. Describe SWOT analysis of AIESEC in Myanmar and AIESEC in Yangon in terms of TM perspectives. Choose 3 main tasks for LC you prioritize as LCVP. 2. Among the tasks of “Getting, Keeping, Developing and Reviewing members�, pick one that is most important for AIESEC in Yangon at the moment. 3.
