国玺、印信都是承诺的象征,代表一个国,也可以代表一个人。朝 代更替,时光荏苒,印因其自身材料的耐久性可以保持不坏,它们 也成为了历史无声的见证人。档案馆装载的是历史,是过往的积淀, 所以从形象上应该有稳重的表达,正如一枚方印,稳稳的定在场地 中,彰显端庄典雅的气质。
南京是六朝古都,多个朝代在此建都,南京处处有城的记忆,明城 墙,四方城,中华门城堡,台城…… 一座城,有高墙围绕,给予坚实的保护,而城郭内是安居乐业,欣 欣向荣。外表坚固,内里柔软,我们的档案馆也可以是一座小小的 城,承载记忆,焕发新生。

基地东侧特色街巷设置有轨电车,东西两侧均有城市地铁线路,并设置地铁站点。项目选 址的交通条件十分优越。
沿大校机场主跑道轴线展开的文化及办公建筑塑造了较为平缓开阔的城市界面。靠近基地 一侧的天际线相对低矮平缓,由此得出建筑的合理建筑高度。
基地周边城市路网较为规整,道路交通四通八达,基地西接响水河路,东侧接规划道路(慢 行优先特色街巷),南侧接机场路。
基地南侧有大校机场主跑道景观带,西北与响水河仅一路之隔,西侧紧邻中芬合作交流中 心的水体景观。景观层次丰富。
项目周边建筑沿大校机场跑道展开,建筑体量规整,靠近基地一侧均为文化建筑,体量较 为方正。西侧中芬合作交流中心体量相对较小,组合相对自由。
项目规划地上建筑面积 8 万平方米,建筑高度控制在 50 米以下。项目建筑在分析周边场 地条件后得出合理的体量。
西南向街景图
方案回应地形特征,将建筑体量按功能分成两个方正体量咬合而成,建筑主体部分放置在 场地东南角,裙楼体块位于西北侧,西南侧自然围合出入口广场。
结合各景观平台,将公众参观流线嵌入主体建筑内院,丰富了参观者在其中游走的乐趣, 提升了室外空间的体验性。
主体建筑及裙房部分根据各自功能定位,均向内围合各自的庭院。
根据公众及办公人员的不同需求,形成广场、庭院、游廊、屋顶花园等景观系统,互相独 立,各有特点,又气质统一。
项目呼应周边场地丰富的文化业态,面向机场跑道、中芬何种交流中心、响水河等分别形 成洞口,打破了传统档案馆的围合封闭。
建筑采用砖这一传统材料,用现代手法表达,既是向老档案馆致敬,承载老馆记忆,也是 历史的传承和延续。

Durban,the second biggest city in South Africa which is famous for diverse culture and natural landscape. The Warwick junction area is located over the chasm created by the crossing railway, it became a fragile linkage between two parts on various fields, such as economy, living standard and public security. It is aimed to narrow the gap between the two parts of city.

In order to promote renewal of this area, various programs will be organized effectively to attract more citizens, and make this area more active.,Hinging between the two extremes, the site has the potential to mediate the divide,the idea illustrated that buildings block which resemble zippers will connect the two separate parts of the city effectively.

A Multi-level Open Podium Each level of the podium can provide different programs. As the lower level is operation place for the street vendors with fundamental supplies. The middle level is arranged for greenery, the top level is connected to the complex, people can get access to the station terminal and buildings. The open podim can attract people from two parts of the city and make this area the most active part of Durban.

The project name is “Pinfill”, which is the combination of “infill” and “pin”. “Infill” is elastic membrane filled with particles or soft material, while “Pin” is fixing the object with stitching and pinning to find the form. By exploring the appropriate inside and membrane material, we tried to create a new possibility on fabric formwork. The soft formwork technique could not only be confined to liquid state concrete or plaster poured into preformed fabric mold, but also ha`s opportunities acting on other materials.
