本 案 位 於 台 北 市 萬 華 區， 基 地 現 有 一 座 日 本 殖 民 時 期 是 廠 建 築， 本 設 計 之 委 託 為 再 利 用 此 舊 市 場 建 築， 並 活 化 為 自 由 工作者與文化工作者工作室。
最 輕 量 的 介 入 舊 建 築， 並 且 在 物 質 需 求 上改善既有空間的空間分配以及新設備 需 求， 將 此 需 求 做 為 切 入 設 計 之 主 要 策 略提出再利用之看法。
由於本案現有建築為台北市政府指定歷 史 建 築， 且 同 時 成 為 該 地 區 重 要 市 場 空 間 40 年 之 久， 在 設 計 上 達 成 活 化 目 的 之新建構造皆不可損及既有建物不僅是 規 範 需 求， 且 同 時 是 維 繫 此 建 築 與 涵 構 關聯的重要設計限制。
舊市場於日人設計之初已考量平面模矩與市 場使用、通風、排水之關係，於此前提下， 設計希望能夠提示前人在於市場建築設計之 尺寸見解下，尋求轉化成為現代辦公場所與 社交場所之尺寸公因數，以此符合現代之空 間需求，並尊重且暗示前任設計者以及此建 築與涵構使用者之既有連結。

此案位於北台灣國家公園指定範圍內，自然 環環境在涵構之中扮演重要的角色。 業主希望能於此基地之設計之中完成其藝術 工 作 室、 藝 廊 以 及 家 庭 生 活 空 間 的 三 項 功 能。因此，設計上的挑戰在於處理藝廊所需 的公共性以及藝術家一家生活的私密性；在 空間尺度上則是藝術家的工作空間所需要的 大空間尺度，必須在國家公園限制的高度範 圍下完成以上需求。
此 外， 更 需 要 處 理 涵 構 與 光 線 之 互 動 -- 與 藝術家創作時所需之光線需求有著直接的關 係 -- 將以上尺度上、法規上、機能上之需求 整合成為一有效之方案。
在此需求的前提下設計方案意圖創造此公共 至私密，大尺度至小尺度的空間關係。

本案位在台灣北端基隆市工業區中，業主使 業 已 逾 30 年， 此 案 更 新 除 達 成 辦 公 空 間 更 新需求，設備日漸陳舊的生產設備、不同車 輛行走動線以及預伴工廠特有的運作模式皆 需要在此次更新方案中整體考量。
合上需要滿足標準辦公使用外，亦需要再配 置上滿足生產需求，平面以及樓層空間安排 上需要處理公共辦公、具有隱私性的居住空 間以及日常生活於此辦公室員工的起居生活 空間。
辦公空室除一般辦公使用外，預拌混凝土廠 車輛以及原料調度皆需要經由辦公室控管， 且廠區員工以及駕駛皆居住於辦公空間中， 因此辦公室設計在機能整

The project located in one of the northest industrial area in Taiwan. It is a concrete processing factory which started their business since 30 years ago. The commision of this project is not only renew the office itself but also propose a solution which solves the production line of the factory, which was grown with the expension of the businees , and not well planned before.

本案位於新北市舊聚落區，基地原為一地方 醫師家族所有，原基地之建築於 20 世紀 40 年代建造，具有相當的歷史意義，因此在執 行此重建案之初希望能夠保留此舊建築並與 新設計結合。 在此前提下 , 此案除提出新建築在外觀上與 舊區域融合之看法外，舊有古宅之前廊與立 面並與新集合住宅公共空間結合；由於現有 基地為 T 字型，鄰接建築線面寬較短，因此 將舊建築配置於基地坪面中段，臨街面保持 與涵構尺度關係相仿的入口與立面，以基地

桃園，台北地區人口成長迅速的衛星城市， 因應人口成長，既有城市基礎設施亟需改善 以符合現今日城市所需。
當地居民營運的電影院；在設計上的如何處 理靜態到動態，小尺度到大尺度的空間關係 為在此設計中重要的設計議題。
新建桃園圖書館計畫，希望提出在資訊圖書 數位化的時代下，圖書館空間有別於傳統的 藏書閱覽功能轉為城市中的起居空間，因此 在機能設計上更傾向於滿足市民在城市生活 所需之公共生活機能，提供更多親子、彈性 的閱覽研究以及群組討論使用之空間。
在機能安排上由需要將性質與氛圍相異的空 間組合，因此將使用上較為彈性的閱覽、自 習空間安排在中央，使用性質明確的藏書與 圖書館服務空間沿周圍環繞，使閱覽空間圍 塑於其中。
因此，相較於傳統圖書館，桃園總圖書館加 入親子活動、多媒體、當地文化特色以及對

Taoyuan City serves Taipei metropolitan area as a satellite city for decades. According to the population growth and need of better public cultural and rural space for the city, comes the project of new library competition for the citizen. In the prespec-tive of modern library becomes more like a public social space, rather than merely a storage of books, the programme of new library combines not only traditional library programme but also cinema, exhibition space, parent-
child space, which representing the complexity of needs of modern urban social space.

土 -- 城 土城看守所改建計畫 City of Earth -- Detention House Project
地點：新北市，台灣 年份：2011
土城市做為台北地區人口最多的衛星城市之 一，在過往的數十年中不僅做為外來移民至 台北地區的居住區，同時也承載台北市所需 發 展 的 基 礎 設 施 -- 在 台 北 市 區 無 法 設 置 的 大型設施 -- 大量的被安置於土城地區 ; 工業 區、變電站以及司法機關的監獄與看守所。 隨著人口成整以及都市擴張，佔據大量都市 土地面積設施物逐一的遷出土城，但看守所 此一司法基礎設施卻因必須與法院等相關設 施 物 維 持 在 10 公 里 的 距 離 範 圍 內， 因 此 無 法遷離。

Tucheng, the city as a habitat of Taipei metro-politan, taking not only population but also infrastucture and facilities, such as power station, prison and detention house, which are not able be built in the central area of Taipei. As the urban sprawls, most of facilities are replaced by the residential area, except the detention house, which need to stay in 10 km distance from local court house.
官方計畫重覆先前數十年的土地利用策略， 在將看守所遷至鄰近位開發之未開發地區， 但同時也是犧牲台北地區最為稀有之自然資 源。 因此本設計希望提出此一類地域性鄰避設施 物與都市共存的可能性，有別於以往擴大都 市紋理至位開發地區的方式以及探討此一類 設施與都市共存同時做為土城特殊的城市歷 史的保存。

在大面積的看守所建 築在土城市區中心， 隨著都市邊界擴張 接近至看守所，城市 兩側無法聯繫，以及 城市空間感長時受到 甚多的設施物的為強 所切斷，重新建立城 市各方向之間的聯繫 成為此設計中重要課 題。
Large footprint of detention house separated the city for decades. To rebuild perception of urban space and the people were kept in the detention house, who are not a prisoner before the final judge comes out.
以重建空間感知以及修復的觀點，研究以自 然元素重塑受管束者以及當地居民對於看守 所內與看守所外的感知；因此研究傳統中國 園林建築利用廊道、地形、建築在有限的空 間尺度中創造可與外在、內在聯繫的空間經 驗。
In sense of repair the perception of the urban space, the research of traditional Chinese garden, inspired the way to expand and combine the perception from the very central of the garden to the surroundings.
以園林的觀點看待土城看守所寄有建築，設 計 意 圖 以 -- 土 -- 此 一 材 料 作 為 修 復 因 圍 牆 而切斷的都市紋理，並安置地區長期缺乏的 公共文化與服務設施，使看守所、城市居民 以及本地歷史重新融合。
