NOTICE OF BUDGET AMENDMENT BUFFALO COUNTY, KEARNEY PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given, in compliance with the provisions of State Statute Section 13-511, that the Buffalo County Board of Supervisors will meet on Tuesday February 22, 2011 at 10:30 A.M. in the County Board meeting room, Buffalo County Courthouse, 1512 Central Avenue, Kearney, Nebraska, for the purpose of amending the 2010-2011 Buffalo County budget. The amendment is required due to the construction project progressing at a faster pace than anticipated, and the Noxious Weed expending funds that were not anticipated. There will be no change to the property tax requirement.
