INTAKE/REFERRAL COORDINATOR Region 3 Behavioral Health Services is seeking a full time Intake/Referral Coordinator for the Professional Partner Program. This position receives incoming referrals and gathers required information from families, young adults, and referral sources to assist with the determination of eligibility and enrollment into the program. It requires creative thinking and flexibility, the ability to work effectively in a team and independently, excellent communication and listening skills, and the desire to work with youth, young adults and families with mental health and behavioral health needs. Minimum requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a human service related field; at least two years experience working with children and families; and/or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
