ABOUT THE WORKS
Ginoe
explores
our
seemingly
cartoonish
and
caricaturized state of society through symbolism and visual metaphors. His concept of wokeness is not that of knowing more than the other about worldly affairs but one’s deep understanding of the self in context to the world. His works are clashing characters of the inside and the out, documenting stimuli from the outside world but also taking a keen notice of his own reactions, fears and emotions in response to everything around him.
