Reece joined the club as a player for the 2019-20 season, moving to Hartsdown Park from Welling United. He remained at Hartsdown Park as a coach under Jay Saunders when he retired from playing in April 2021. As a player, as well as the Blues he turned out for Maidstone United, Bromley, East Thurrock United, Cheshunt and Bishop's Stortford, amongst others.
