Stand Alone Auger Filler: Ideal for filling 1 gram to 10 LBS. The Image 2000 is a free standing auger filler. It operates simply by entering the number of turns that you want the auger or pump to turn and hitting a foot pedal. The auger/pump will then meter out the desired amount of product. This 3­in­1 system includes the following functions never before available in a single machine: 1. Vibratory Parts Counter 2. Check­Weight Scale 3. Net­Weigh Scale Functioning as a parts counter, the UCS­2400 performs to the same standard as our Model UC­2400 and includes: bulk supply hopper, high speed stainless steel bowl/drive, V­track belt for parts separation, high speed optical frame and accumulating/batch assembly. The T­275 Automatic Tabletop Bagger offers increased packaging speed and further automation. The T­275 Automatic Tabletop Bagger automatically and quickly feeds the bag into the loading/sealing position and blows it open making the bag ready to accept the product. T­1000H & T­1000 Horizontal Wide Advanced Poly­Bagger™

The T­1000 Horizontal Bagger™ offers versatile solutions to packaging a wide variety of products that are difficult to load on a vertical bagger. It's perfect for a variety of products including shirts and other clothing, towels and sheets, gasket kits, large gaskets, filters, manuals, kits with instructions, coils of rope or cable, bread or other bagged goods, and more! Manually slide your product horizontally into the bag, or automatically push the product into the bag and your bagger does the rest! After the product enters the bag, the bagger seals the bag at the loading station and automatically discharges the product on an opptional horizontal take away conveyor or a bin.
