Introduction I am a spontaneous, sportive person that has an eye for quality. If I start a project I will put in dedication and look for creative solutions. Being in contact with people is something I appreciate and am skilled in. Listening, asking the right questions and summarizing are skills that I use to get knowledge about a subject and to motivate people. While brainstorming in a group I cleverly look for correlations and connections through separating the means and the end. This is why working in teams gives me the most energy. Finally, I love to present my work and ideas with enthusiasm to a crowd. For my next challenge I am looking forward to put my knowledge and personal skills into projects where I get creative freedom. In the future I see myself as a connector in urban planning. I am passionate about cityness for two reasons. First, I enjoy the designing aspect and secondly I am interested in the sociologic aspect of urban areas. My passion and knowledge about cityness can be applied on both designing and working with the social aspect. The fact that a wide variety of cultures and ethnicities come together and use public spaces has always fascinated me. To gather data from people in creative ways is something in which I will keep innovating myself. I am motivated to develop my designing skills and get more experienced in organizing and managing processes where the users have a key role.
