DESIGN DEVELOPME
INSPIRATION
ASM has been providing clients with customized sales and marketing solutions in the grocery channel. Meijer is one of their major clients. Meijer believes that producing and preparing good food is an art form. Here at the Test Kitchen, it is also a science. Chefs and food scientists spend their days here at the Test Kitchen, using just about every kitchen gizmo and gadget imaginable to test food’s viscosity, texture, temperature and, of course, taste, to make sure the food is healthier, safer, and tastier.

ME WE US
LEGEND:
EXPERIAN - COSTA MESA HEADQUARTERS
US: 26%
The concept is to categorize the workplace interactions into three levels: Me, We, and Us. “Me” space shows an open plan and is located along with the perimeter of the building to provide maximum sunlight exposure. To accommodate various working styles, the key is to select modular system furniture. “We” space is mostly used for scheduled meetings. Accommodating technology is a high priority to facilitate increasing remote conferences. “Us” space serves as a hub of spontaneous interactions. The design focus is to provide a cozy atmosphere allowing staff to refresh and recharge. Workplace Trend PAST

KAISER PERMANENTE ADMIN & EMPLOYEE HEALTH SERVICE Staff Designer | Lionakis | October 2016 - present
This project is inspired by the local citrus industry and incorporates abstract yet contextual elements into the design of the space. The corridors in the center of the space symbolize the Magnolia Avenue. A street witnesses the evolution of the local community and is still the hub of social activities. Therefore, the shared spaces are located alongside of the corridors on the floor plan. In addition, this project follows Kaiser’s My Workplace program, which promotes employees health through providing ergonomic, flexible, and comfortable work environments.
