The site is situated on government land that is zoned for future residential expansion. So our proposal is meant to serve as a toolkit for affordable public housing. The co-living units are distributed around 2 courtyards, interspersed with communal spaces at the nodes of intersection. These nodes also serve as circulation cores along the central spine. We also have multiple points of ingress and egress.

· The intersection of two stacked modules creates avenues for generating communal spaces where public meets private. These can be open kitchens, dining areas, reading & study nooks and extended living rooms. Here we have 3 such intersections detailed out to illustrate the kinds of shared functions that become crucial components towards building resilience.

· The section shows the distribution of public and private spaces that we were able to achieve through this built configuration. We have circulation ramps, units and communal space.

· The rooftops become an integral part of the circulation network to leverage its multifunctionality. Ramps that slice through the residential modules form uninterrupted walkable and bikeable pathways Which connect various hubs of communal activities.
