Stripes
Stripes is a 4-year-old cat who was found roaming the streets. He had a broken leg and an injured jaw. A kind person brought Stripes to the Humane Society of Tampa Bay to get the treatment and medicine he needed to heal. Once he was healthy again, Stripes was adopted by his new mom and is well-loved and living happily in his forever home!

Moto Moto is a 5-year-old dog who spent over a month waiting to find his forever home. A volunteer that worked closely with Moto Moto ended up falling in love and adopting him! He went home with lots of toys, some treats, a comfy new bed, and his favorite tennis ball

Tips and Tricks for Helping Your Pet Stay Cool This Summer!
stay in the shade!
When it is extremely hot, keep your pets indoors as much as possible! If you do go outside, make sure there is plenty of shade and water available to keep them cool. Remember, your pets don't wear shoes, so their paw pads can burn on hot pavement!
TRy frozen treats and toys!
ice cream treats safe for dogs, but so enjoy something simple like ces , watermelon, or ice cubes! There t you can pop in your freezer to help ol during a hot summer day. For the ezing a squeezable cat treat!
Take breaks
Just like us humans, animals need breaks too! It's vital to have breaks throughout play to keep your pets cool in the summer! While on your break, give your pet water, find some shade, and have a snack (and maybe take a selfie together, just for fun)!
