I started to get interested in photography a few years ago, my passion for music pushed me towards photography of live music; but then gradually I discovered that my true passion is people and the management of natural light. For me the models are very important but often do not play a fundamental role in my photography, I try to express through them what I think, what I see. I try to describe my world sometimes dark sometimes different and sometimes even surreal is my way of communicating my mood, my idea every once in a concept. M a r t i n a G R O S S O I’m 20 years old. I’m Sicilian and I live in the province of Messina. I graduated at “Liceo Classico Luigi Valli”, then I moved to Trentino Alto Adige to study graphic design. I studied there for only a year. Now I’m studying photography at Harim Academy in Catania. I took part in two workshops with Manuela Kalì and Veronica Duszynsky. Since I was really young I love photography. I started taking pictures with a reflex camera 4 years ago. I was born on 4.11.1980. The passion of photograph I found it a bit too late, started with product photography. Since some time I fell in love with the people photography, I like the diversity, the people and their stories, creativity and the moments that bring the profession itself. I work mainly with natural light, I like the flexibility to work with less equipment. Walk with the models from one location to the next, talking and spend the day like good friends, without losing the professionalism. It must not feel like working it is a passion. To represent a person as he has never seen himself, thatâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s my strive, my inspiration. My favorite location is the street, especially the narrow alleys, that block light from the side and in the meantime the light from the front of the model perfectly illuminates the face. But I also love the sensual photography with the natural window light. In my opinion, photography should not only show what you see with the eye, but much more...

Thanks to other photographers met on several Facebook groups, I understood better the value and the different shades of photography, so my attention to landscapes changed for the portrait. My first set with a model dates on July 2013, when I took my first set of nude and glamor. Since then my career with professional models has never stopped. Roberto Rubino, 42, lives in Mazara del Vallo (TP), passion for photography. He takes many photographic genres like reportage, landscape and portraiture. On this particular genre, he loves to use wonderful locations in the beautiful Western Sicily as the setting for portraits. His challenge is always finding new shooting points where enhancing natural resources ,landscapes and places and create harmony among the subject and the background . His works have been exhibited in various exhibitions, the last of which hosted the stand of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry on the occasion of the food and agriculture Districts of the Mediterranean and Middle East.
