The HR Vendors of the Year continues to be a highly respected annual ranking, recognising the leading HR solution providers in Asia. With a consistently rigorous judging criteria, the list highlights vendors that are not only innovative, but deliver real value for organisations investing in the future of HR.
THREE NEW CATEGORIES
This 19 th edition of the research sees winners and finalists ranked across 33 award categories, carefully designed to identify the vendors that have delivered excellence in serving the HR community. We heard you, and based on your feedback the past year, we have, introduced three new categories:
• Best Remote Work Solutions Provider, which honours solution providers that stand out in delivering comprehensive and high-impact remote work solutions, with a particular focus on fostering seamless collaboration and virtual work for corporates.
• Best Employee Feedback and Recognition Platform, which recognises vendors offering platforms that facilitate real-
time employee feedback and recognition within corporate environments.
• Best Gig Workforce Management Platform, which awards HR vendors offering specialised platforms for effective gig workforce management.
A DILIGENT SEARCH FOR THE BEST OF THE BEST
Keeping in mind the range of categories finalised this year, we continued to keep our vendor judging process truly robust and effective. The HR Vendors of the Year 2024 awards were based on a twotier selection process.
For the first step, Human Resources Online conducted an online survey to gather a list of category front-runners. Each of these contenders then provided us with a submission form, detailing their prowess in terms of the 4Ps – performance, product, people, and perspective.
For the next step, an esteemed jury of 18 senior heads of HR evaluated and scored the finalists’ profiles based on a comprehensive set of judging criteria. These criteria encompassed key facts, milestones, achievements, challenges, and solutions, allowing judges to assess each entry based on evidence and experience.
The industry practitioners making up the jury bring a depth of experience to the process, and represent some of the most respected employers in Asia.
After the rounds of judging, scores obtained from the judges led us to identifying gold, silver, and bronze winners across a majority of the categories, along with a list of finalists.
The hugely coveted awards, with gold, silver, and bronze trophies to be taken home, were then handed out at a gala dinner in November.
