EDITOR’S NOTE
AGAINST ALL ODDS
You did it, once again. Yes, you! This year sure brought curveballs left, right, and centre, but you worked hard and kept adapting to your clients’ rapidlychanging needs. And that, calls for a celebration. It’s the time of the year where we not only commemorate HR’s efforts in leading the workforce through ups and downs, but equally important, the capable partners who’ve helped lighten the load on their shoulders.
Welcome to the HR Vendors of the Year special edition 2021, Malaysia.
Be it working with HR to tackle newage employee wellness needs, helping manage recruitment virtually or remotely, or helping make hybrid training effective, all of the solution providers shortlisted as winners and finalists in the pages ahead have proven to be of the utmost support to HR teams.
Thus, we are proud to bring to you this recognition of the very best HR vendors in Malaysia, with this 16th edition of the HR Vendors of the Year research!
For this year’s edition, the team at Human Resources Online has spent the few past months compiling a list of HR solution providers that HR leaders have worked with and attested to. In the process, an esteemed jury of 23 senior regional heads of HR judged and scored the finalists’ profiles, based on a holistic judging criteria. These included facts on their performance, milestones, achievements, challenges, and solutions, to help the judges score each entry.
After the rounds of judging, scores obtained from the judges led us to identifying gold, silver, and bronze winners across the categories, along with a list of finalists. This year, a total of 116 finalists were shortlisted across 24 categories.
All of this is presented to you in our annual special edition of the e-magazine. What you can expect while flipping the pages is a snapshot of each winner and finalist per category, and a quick way to connect with them (simply click their website or email ID provided) and source more information as you plan your 2022 partner strategies.
We’re excited to share this edition with you, to inspire you in your steps forward. As this is the final edition of 2021, we’d also like to take the opportunity to wish you a safe, healthy, productive, and happy 2022 ahead. In the meantime, we’re looking forward to delivering you the best content and events in the region, as always.
Enjoy the issue.
