Oliver - the orange puffer fish - always feels depressed and unsatisfied with what he has. One day, Oliver accidentally discovered a signboard with the content that interested him about “The Ocean”. He decided to set out to find where the Ocean was. However, he searched forever and still couldn’t find it.
Accidentally Oliver met Frank - an old ray. He told him that he was actually in the Ocean, but Oliver didn’t believe it. He ignored it and continued to look for the Ocean. After that, he had searched until he was more mature, but he still couldn’t find it.
Then one day, Oliver met Frank again. The old ray asked him questions that made him surprised and looked back on his journey. At this moment, Oliver suddenly realized where the Ocean was.
