Bharwan Bhindi Recipe
Bharwan Bhindi is lady's fingers stuffed with a tangy and spicy masala mix. A delicious preparation of deep fried okra stuffed with spices.
Ingredients: 1. Main ingredients 2. 500g okra 3. 2-3 tbsp oil 4. spices for stuffing 5. 1 tbsp dry mango powder 6. 2 tbsp coriander powder 7. 1 tsp red chili powder 8. 1 tsp turmeric powder 9. 1 tsp cumin powder 10. salt or black salt or rock salt
Instructions: 1. Wash, wipe dry and trim the ends of the okra. 2. Slit each of the okras vertically without breaking or cutting into two halves.

Combine all the stuffing ingredients in a bowl with salt and mix well. Fill each slit okra with the spice mix. Heat oil in a kadai. Put in the stuffed okra and cook on low heat till done. Serve.
