“Multifunctionality”

The design seeks to provide leisure and activities for a range of people. Presumably, people of different age groups will live here, such us children, adults and aged people, as well as people with special needs, such as dog owners, families with children, and sportlovers.

The design needs to support the needs of future users, especially vulnerable ones. The design needs to provide a place for social interaction regardless of age. The design affects children and their parents, to make not only a childhood more memories and healthier but also make life of the parents easier.

One more major priority is to support an active lifestyle as it is a way to the Mental and Physical Health. The mental health will increase due to Interaction with nature, such as farming, and with other people is one more activity that will make a healthy community by organizing routes for walking and cycling, zones for exercise and children play.

where the car is not encouraged. To eliminate individual parking spaces and private gardens in each household, spend more spaces for the public. Create an underground car park for the whole residential area. create a safe, barrier-free space for walking and cycling

“TURNING A PLACE WITH INDUSTRIAL VISUALIZATION INTO A LIVELY SPACE FOR HUMAN”

This project documents a brief exploration of the importance of green and blue infrastructure in relation to landscape design approaches. With a particular focus on the watercourse within an urban and peri-urban context, this report tracks an overview of the significance of application in green and blue infrastructure within the development of a historical area. Inspired by Arup’s ‘Cities Alive: Rethinking Green Infrastructure and ‘Cities Alive: Water for People publications, This report presents the progress and final design of ESHOLT POSITIVE LIVING, BRADFORD - Revitalize from water

DETAILED URBAN DESIGN AT THE SCALE OF 1/500 OF EASTERN AREA OF DINH ÔNG BRIDGE

Tay Hoa District – Phu Yen Province

EcoCity integrated with Commerce and Services

The planning area is expected to boost the tourism and commerce sectors, together with preserving historical and cultural relics and green areas in the western part of Phu Thu township. The completion and operation of the Dinh Ong Bridge, which crosses the Da Rang River and connects with Phu Hoa town, would give rise to a strong socio-economic development of the town. Therefore, this detailed urban design of the South of Dinh Ong Bridge would create more land funds for infrastructure investment and residential establishment projects.

URBAN CONTEXT- SITE ANALYSIS

• Existing land use of the site includes agricultural land, river alluvial land, and land planted with rice, and crops.

• Currently, the government has the policy to change the use purpose into residential and service land; towards a service, commerce combined with tourism area.

• With the strength of geographical location. The site is located between the two downtowns which are situated on the two banks of the Ba River and connected by the Dinh Ong bridge.

• The site also has river views and flat terrain favorable for urban construction.

Tay Hoa District – Phu Yen Province

• Functions include:

Neighborhood areas with a population of 3000 people. Commercial and service buildings. Public spaces and parks. A Sports center. An eco-tourism resort. Historical sites

• Development perspectiveL Development respects the status quo.

• The second option ( the chosen option)

Advantages: Overcoming the disadvantages of the first option.

Defect: Creating a clearer highlight axis, emphasizing the approach to the riverbank, and taking advantage of the value of the river landscape to create a public space that attracts people.
