“Multifunctionality”
The design seeks to provide leisure and activities for a range of people. Presumably, people of different age groups will live here, such us children, adults and aged people, as well as people with special needs, such as dog owners, families with children, and sportlovers.
The design needs to support the needs of future users, especially vulnerable ones. The design needs to provide a place for social interaction regardless of age. The design affects children and their parents, to make not only a childhood more memories and healthier but also make life of the parents easier.
One more major priority is to support an active lifestyle as it is a way to the Mental and Physical Health. The mental health will increase due to Interaction with nature, such as farming, and with other people is one more activity that will make a healthy community by organizing routes for walking and cycling, zones for exercise and children play.

DETAILED URBAN DESIGN AT THE SCALE OF 1/500 OF EASTERN AREA OF DINH ÔNG BRIDGE
Tay Hoa District – Phu Yen Province
EcoCity integrated with Commerce and Services
The planning area is expected to boost the tourism and commerce sectors, together with preserving historical and cultural relics and green areas in the western part of Phu Thu township. The completion and operation of the Dinh Ong Bridge, which crosses the Da Rang River and connects with Phu Hoa town, would give rise to a strong socio-economic development of the town. Therefore, this detailed urban design of the South of Dinh Ong Bridge would create more land funds for infrastructure investment and residential establishment projects.
