However this conversion process can be troublesome,and the additional labour, consumption and capital outlay offset the benefits of Rebaling. Thats why Hustler introduced the Chainelss Re-baler. The Chainless Re-baler makes the process simple economical, and with minimal labor.

Hustler’s EZ remote option can be added onto any mounted bale feeder. This the most simple and cost-effective solution to break down can large bales ready for Rebaling.

Ez Remote for Rebaling

Making rebaling easy, the remote control valve can be added to any of the Hustler mounted bale feeders within both Chainless and Unrolla range used in a stationary set up. Positioned within a 160-degree arc to suit individual operator preference, Ez Remote provides improved visibility of the feed flow into the baler. The control levers are mounted on an arm to keep the operator outside the dust zone. You can tease apart large round bales in less than 2 minutes, providing huge time, cost and fuel savings. The Hustler rebaling system is well proven on farms all over the world, and renowned for its simple and reliable patented design.

160-DEGREE ANGLE

The Ez Remote for Rebaling control valve can be positioned within a 160º arc to suit indivicual operator preferences.

RETROFITTABLE

If you already own a Hustler bale feeder, it is possible to convert it into a rebaler since the Ez Remote for Rebaling is retrofittable with almost all models. Talk to your Hustler sales rep for further information.

Quick coupling hoses are supplied within the Ez remote attachment kit for a quick and easy fit.

Easy levers give you control of the amount of hay that is processed, and allows you to control the speed of the rotors and the height of the platform.

Load Large Bales

Load the large bales into the feed chamber of the Chainless using a separate front end loader or skid steer loader.

Any Mounted Hustler High Value Small Squares

Each large bale produces 1521 small square bales which can be sold for up to 3 times the vale of one large bale.

Utilise Existing Baler

Utilise existing small square baler for stationery baling without the need for any modification.

You can attach an Ez remote hydraulic arm to any Hustler mounted machine.

Tractor Required

A single tractor can power both the baler and the re-baler.

Less Labour Required.

Rebaling can be a one-man operation if you wanted it to be. With a Hustler Ez Remote coupled to a 100% hydraulically-driven Hustler bale processor, you need only one tractor – the PTO is used to operate the baler while the hydraulics are used to operate the bale processor.

Use a power pack

Replace the tractor with a electric or diesel powered power pack for a more permanent operation.
