Trouble Shooting
ISSUE POSSIBLE CAUSE SOLUTION
Balefeeder function not reversing when remote switch is pressed • Remote switch unplugged • Electric control unit not turned on • Electric control unit battery low • Electric cable unplugged from solenoid • Electric cable damaged • Plug in remote switch • Turn on electric control unit • Check battery indicator on the remote switch unit charge battery if necessary • Plug cable into hydraulic solenoid on the balefeeder • Check all electric cables for damage, replace if necessary
Feed rotors rotating forward then bale platform lowering when remote switch is pressed or vice versa • Hydraulic hoses connected to incorrect ports on divertor valve • Check hoses are connected to the correct ports. See fitting instruction section for hose route
Battery indicator light not showing
Balefeeder not functioning at all
Battery indicator showing low battery signal even after charging the battery • Electric control unit switched off • Remote switch power source unplugged or low voltage
• Hydraulic hoses not connected to the vehicle or hydraulic pump
• Incorrect voltage or unreliable power supply to charger • Battery charger plug not fitted securely to power source or electric control unit • Switch electric control unit on • Ensure remote switch is plugged into a 12v power source
• Connect hydraulic hoses securely to the vehicle axillary oil supply or separate hydraulic pump
• Be sure the battery charger is connected to a power source with constant and correct voltage. See operating instruction section for battery charging information • Ensure battery charger is plugged into both the power source and the electric control unit correctly
