FITTING INSTRUCTIONS

1. Ensure the ram is fully retracted and not connected to an oil supply. Remove the roll pin and pivot pin from the ram base clevis ( red arrow). Remove the hose blocks (white arrows.) Lift the torque arm up, free of the ram.

2. Take note how the hoses are run and tied. Remove all hoses from the Bale Feeder. Remove the hydraulic adapters from the ram (red arrows). The hoses do not need to be used again on this machie.

Leave the adapters on the motor.

3. Fot the valve in place, ensure the U-bolt doesn’t interfere with the latch hooks. Fit the adapters to the valvem tighten them. The dowty seal fits between the diverter valve and the adapter.
