NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING HUTCHINSON PLANNING COMMISSION Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of Hutchinson will hold a public hearing at 5:30 p.m., Tuesday, March 20, 2018, or as soon thereafter as a quorum of Commission members can be assembled, at City Hall, 125 East Avenue B, in Hutchinson, Kansas, to consider Case No. CPA18-000002, a request by Gracie Grajeda, to amend the Comprehensive Plan Map designation for 329 N. Van Buren, owned by Mi Tierra Mexican Restaurant (Parcel ID number 0781261401003001000), from Industrial to Commercial, and to consider Case No. ZA18-000003, to rezone said property from I-2 Industrial District to EN Established Neighborhood District, in the City of Hutchinson, Kansas. All interested persons may appear at the time and place specified above to give verbal testimony regarding the above proposed action.
