NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING HUTCHINSON BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS Notice is hereby given that the Board of Zoning Appeals of the City of Hutchinson will hold a public hearing at 5:30 p.m., Tuesday, May 1, 2018, or as soon thereafter as a quorum of members can be assembled, at City Hall, 125 East Avenue B, in Hutchinson, Kansas, to consider Case No. ZV18-000001, a request by Prairieland Partners, for a variance from the maximum permitted building height of 35’ to 36’ for a building addition at 1800 S Lorraine St., Hutchinson, Reno County, Kansas.
