NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING HUTCHINSON BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS Notice is hereby given that the Board of Zoning Appeals of the City of Hutchinson will hold a public hearing at 5:30 p.m., Tuesday, August 14, 2018, or as soon thereafter as a quorum of members can be assembled, at City Hall, 125 East Avenue B, in Hutchinson, Kansas, to consider Case No. ZV18-000004, a request by Daniel L Drake, CPA PA, for a variance from Sec. 27-701 (Off-Street Parking) and 27- 908 (Screening of Residential Property) in the C-1 District of the Hutchinson Zoning Regulations, for the property located at 401 W 1st Ave., Hutchinson, Reno County, Kansas.
