It is imperative that the panels are stored flat to prevent bowing, under no circumstances must the panels be stood up against a vertical structure.

Heavier items such as sanitary ware and accessible furniture will require the provision of additional support behind the panels.

Alternatively the Wetseal profile system can be used which guarantees a watertight movement joint.

The protective film must be removed and the panel inspected for any defects or colour variation prior to fitting, installation of panels will be deemed acceptance.

The protective film must be removed and the panel inspected for any defects or colour variation prior to fitting, installation of panels will be deemed acceptance. In all installations it is advisable to dry fit the panels after cutting to size to ensure that they fit correctly. If using Wetseal, this must be fitted first as detailed in the instructions provided with the Wetseal kit. 1. Fit an Internal corner profile (a) into the corner. 2. If end cap profiles are required then these should be fitted to the exposed edge of the panels using Wetwall Silicone Sealant prior to fixing the panels in place. 3. Apply a bead of Wetwall Silicone Sealant into one channel of the internal corner profile. 4. Apply a generous amount of Wetwall Adhesive to the back of the panel (b) then insert the exposed edge of the panel into the internal corner profile ensuring that there is a 3-4mm clearance at the bottom (if not using Wetseal). 5. Swing the panel back to the wall and apply pressure to fix in place. 6. Apply a second bead of Wetwall Silicone Sealant into the other channel of the internal corner profile and fix the second panel (c) as detailed above. 7. Once the panels are fixed, sealing must be carried out as detailed on the previous page.

Apply a generous amount of Wetwall Adhesive to the back of the panel. 7. Insert the exposed edge of the back panel into the remaining channel of the first internal corner profile (a) and swing the panel into place against the back wall applying pressure to fix in place. 8. Apply a bead of Wetwall Silicone Sealant into the remaining channel of the internal corner profile(c) and fix the second wall panel (e) as detailed above. 9. Once the panels are fixed, sealing must be carried out as detailed on the previous page.

Panels should be fitted such that the edge of the panel is either flush with the outside edge of the shower screen or extended beyond this point to ensure the board edges are adequately protected.

if required.

When fitting panels in a full room careful planning is advised prior to installation, some general rules to follow are • Fit additional framing to areas where heavy objects are to be installed through the panels. • Where possible centralise panel runs to avoid having narrow strips at the end. • Avoid positioning panel joints where they could be exposed to constant running water from shower heads. • Always try to position the last panel joint above a doorway.
