Based in St Helens, Merseyside, Qualplas has grown to become a leading window fabricator of the high specification VEKA profile and has earned an enviable reputation for customer service. Qualplas was established in 1987, and we aim to consistently offer excellent service and technical support to our established customer base which ranges from Trade and DIY customers to Blue Chip Companies, Local Authorities and Housing Associations.

We have our own vans we use to deliver products. We do not use couriers, we prefer to use our own transport to ensure that damages don’t occur and we’ve got complete control of where your products are in transit.

The polyamide material has a very high resistance to heat transfer from the inner face of a frame (i.e. inside a room) to the external face of a frame (i.e. outside). Smart Wall Smart Wall is a thermally broken shop front screen and door system suitable for all types of ground floor treatment where enhanced thermal performance is required. The system is ideal for use in schools, colleges and other educational buildings.

Smart Wall has recently been successfully tested to LPS 1175 level 2 and BS EN 1627 Level 3 for enhanced security performance making the door one of the best performing truly thermally broken screen and entrance doors available in the UK. Screen work is either beaded or pocket glazed. Smart Wall doors are weather rated to BS 6375 and are available with anti-finger trap door sections and drainable low thresholds. All profiles feature polyamide barriers to maximise thermal performance and can be internally or externally glazed. Tilt & turn windows provide the ideal solution for locations where window safety and window access may be an issue. The unique concealed hardware design means that the window can be set in one of two positions, either tilted or fully opening inwards.

The classic patio door offers a number of benefits, with extra light and a feeling of space in your home being the most notable. As a result of this, patio doors are well suited to many around-the-home applications.

There are many options when replacing your old tired conservatory roof. The likelihood is that your old tired roof features polycarbonate – this was a wonder material in its day. Opaque to allow light through it was strong , flexible and – at the time - quite thermally efficient.

But times have moved on and one of the best ways to ‘refresh’ your existing conservatory is to replace the polycarbonate roof with a new high performance glass roof.

High performance glass has three main properties – always ensure your roof features these properties; • Has great thermal performance. For roof glass, the target is to have a ‘U’ Value as low as possible, typically as low as 1.0 is possible in double glazed units.

• Solar control – it is possible to exclude up to 83% of the suns energy with the correct specification.

• Self cleaning. The best high performance units use the energy of the sun to burn off organic deposits like bird droppings and fingerprints whilst the smooth coating allows water to ‘sheet off’ the surface, cleaning the dust and debris as it flows.

A high performance glass roof allows a plentiful supply of natural light to come into your home whilst still being protected from the elements. A conservatory is a place in your home which can benefit from a great deal of natural light. Natural light is very good for moods, working and entertaining guests in sunnier months without having to tolerate harsh, unnatural light from bulbs. Not to mention the massive dose of vitamin D you will gain from exposure to all of that sunshine.

Extremely thermally efficient due to its advanced design, UltraRoof 380 is fully compliant with Building Regulations and has jhai system approval, giving you peace of mind from the outset of your replacement roof project.

The glass panels can be inserted to replace any of the aluminium roofing panels, in any shape enabling you to maximise the light in your room to produce a very contemporary design not easily achievable with other types of roofing system.
