2 scales, 1 solution 2 areas are divided into commercial blocks for the overall management. each block is given to a SECTION B-B group of people. people in each group negotiate the space, subdivide it into pieces based on the need of each person. thus, each block is different from each other. after a period of time, this system will reach to the harmonization. there will be both stability and diversity existing in the developing progress of the area.
