Dining Café a la carte a la Valley Restaurant The Valley Restaurant has been recognized as a premier dining venue in the Hudson Valley since its opening in 2004, and we are thrilled to partner with them in our new home. Their seasonal American cuisine showcases ingredients from local farmers, with a focus on regionally grown, raised, and prepared foods.
