Unlimited communication begins upon execution of your agreement. Per our client care policy, we return your calls by close of business and we return your e-mail within 24 hours.
Upon execution of your wedding agreement, we meet with you to discuss: • How you want your guests to feel as they enjoy your wedding day. • Your financial comfort zone as it relates to your wedding and reception. • Wedding vendors that are a good fit with your style, your personality and your budget • The recommended game plan to ensure that all of your wedding tasks are complete.
We research and recommend venues based on your style, budget, guest list and expectations. We negotiate the contract with the venue, and we schedule your site visits, provide you with a rating sheet, and a cost comparison spreadsheet of our top five recommendations.
We join you for a meeting at the ceremony or reception venue to discuss the overall look. During this meeting, we discuss color, look and feel. In addition, we help you choose your table linen, centerpieces, floral design, signage, stationery (to include menu cards) and other décor.

A customized budget. We work with you to monitor and manage it throughout your wedding planning. A customized wedding planning to-do list and calendar. Then, we place your to-do list, calendar, inspiration photos, video tutorials, and bridal resources in project management software for all to use. Engagement and Wedding Announcements. We work with your preferred print (or electronic) media for the announcement of your engagement (before your wedding) and your wedding (after your wedding takes place). Hotel Room Blocks. We negotiate a block of hotel rooms for out-of-town guests, and we collect the necessary information needed for your guests to book their hotel reservations. Welcome Bags. We recommend a welcome bag/basket/bucket design and creative welcome inserts. We coordinate the purchase of the bag inserts, and we ensure that the bags include a guide with transportation options, local information, and tourist details. We deliver the bags to the hotels. We guide you through your menu tasting(s), and assist with your meal selections and guarantees. We guide you through your wedding cake tasting, and assist you with your selections and guarantees. Escort Card printing. After you determine your reception seating assignments (and at least 10 business days prior to your wedding, we work with a printer and/or calligrapher to create your escort cards and/or place cards. One week prior to your day, we create a wedding party schedule and e-mail it to your family and wedding party. Tuxedo return assistance. As a special service to the men, we collect all of the tuxedos from your groom and groomsmen on your wedding day and return them to the Tuxedo Rental shop. Bouquet Preservation assistance. We recommend a bouquet preservation service and coordinate the delivery of the bouquet within 24 hours after your wedding day.

We help you identify professional wedding vendors by researching and recommending vendors we believe best suit your style, your needs, your personality, and your financial comfort zone. We schedule interviews, and we negotiate your vendor contracts. You will then be able to secure them for your big day! We work with you and a reputable stationery design professional to research, design, print, collate, address, and mail the “save the date” notices and the wedding invitations. In addition, we help you create your wedding program, menu cards and wedding day signage (if needed). We help you identify favors that are the best fit for your wedding. We research and recommend favor vendors to help you create these wedding favors. As your wedding vendors are booked, we contact your wedding vendors and venue(s) to confirm contractual obligations, confirm load-in and load-out time, and discuss your wedding day schedule. We assist you with the research, recommendation, and scheduling of a professional make-up artist for your wedding day beauty. This includes the coordination of your make-up trials and your beauty day schedule. We assist you with the creation of your ceremony and reception floor plan(s). Approximately 1 month prior to your wedding, we perform a final walk-through with your venue(s). Approximately 3 weeks prior to your wedding, we create your wedding day timeline, and we e-mail it to your wedding vendors. In addition, we verify your final guest count as needed.
We collate, stuff and stamp your wedding invitations. Then, we deliver your stamped invitations to the post office and we ensure they are “hand canceled.” Create an excel spreadsheet for your wedding guest RSVP management. We update the excel spreadsheet regularly as we send you an RSVP report every Friday prior to your wedding day.

We work with your officiant to confirm your ceremony logistics. Then, we attend and direct your rehearsal. We coordinate, attend and direct your wedding day. This includes ensuring that your professional vendors correctly set-up of your ceremony and reception. We have an emergency kit available for your little emergencies/mishaps. We work with a family member to get your gifts into the appropriate car at the end of the evening. Invitation RSVP Service – Reserve this service, and we will provide you with an RSVP address (snail mail and/or electronic) for the receipt delivery of your wedding responses. We collate, mail, and manage the RSVP lists, and we provide you with a weekly RSVP report until the week of your wedding. In addition, we will call each guest (via telephone or e-mail), who has not replied to the wedding invitation by the deadline. – $475.
