Saitex will help us achieve a fair-trade cost and enable us to have a high margin so that we can give back to the community, as well as increase our sustainability goals and prospects. With a high profit margin, Faith has more income to invest into technology, zero-waste initiatives and the community. Additionally, with Saitex being home to many sustainable brands, Faith can continue to grow and implement larger sizing, ethical resources and more.
K E Y T A K E AWAY S Benefits of the overall strategy & why it makes sense • Relying on the factory which has established a reputation for sustainable practices • Factory is located near the prime port in Vietnam, which optimizes lead time within the country and decreases freight time • Fabrics coming from nearby countries and fast production make up for the time to ship from Vietnam to U.S.A • Our company being located on the coast cuts time from port to warehouse Values and sourcing guidelines • Ability to give more back to the community • Sourcing guidelines are aligned with our sustainability and ethical missions
Minimization of inventories and lead-times • Advanced technology reduces manufacturing process time from 30 minutes to 90 seconds • Fast production results in less stock waiting to be shipped Flexibility and value-added services • Use of robot, laser, and big data enhances the flexibility of the manufacturer • Orphanage training program and job opportunities ensure consistent growth of trained workers Future growth and advantages • Constant evolving, searching for ways to reduce their impact on the environment. • Continuing to implement new technologies into their manufacturing process Minimization of risks and maximization of opportunities • The factory has built a reputation for providing consistent and high-quality results • Vietnam and America’s ties are continuing to strengthen
co n c lu s i o n Our strategy enables us to grow and collaborate with partners who share the same values as us on sustainability and corporate responsibility. Sourcing from Saitex International Dong Nai in Vietnam will ensure fair trade and ethical production, quality products, and environmental-safe procedures. As we progress, we will work towards expanding our sizing and assortment, whilst continuing to minimize our environmental impact. We are proud to work with a factory in Vietnam that emphasizes the importance of ethics and sustainability in every step of the manufacturing process. We love you and your body, as well as our planet. Welcome to the family.
