Troy Christian's B.J. Toal won his second consecutive Division III state championship at the Schottenstein Center, helping the Eagles win the team crown — the fourth team title in school history.

Jake Sowers was one of a trio of Covington Buccs to make the state wrestling tournament.

Allen Seagraves earned another trip to state to represent the Miami East Vikings in wrestling.

Versailles' Andrew Slonkosky was one of three Tigers wrestlers to earn a trip to the state wrestling tournament.

Matt Mangen of Versailles earned a trip to state wrestling.

Troy Christian senior Nathan Kirkpatrick dishes off that basketball during the Division IV state semifinal game against Cleveland VillaAngela St. Joseph at Value City Arena at the Schottenstein Center. The Eagles — who had never even won a sectional title — went all the way to the state tournament for the first time in school history.

The Lady Vikings girls basketball team earned league and sectional titles in 2012-13.

The Versailles boys basketball team won sectional and district titles and are currently competing in regional competition.

Versailles' Mitchell Stover competed in the Division II state swim meet, earning a fourth place finish in the 200 meter IM and fifth in the backstroke event.

Ike Karn practiced his dives at the Miami County YMCA last month as he prepared to represent Piqua in state diving competition. The freshman brought home a 20th place finish.

The Piqua Varsity Cheerleader's competition team earned the first-ever trip to state for a Piqua cheer team. The girls placed 20th overall out of more than 160 teams. The Russia Cheerleaders dance team competed at the state level in OASAA cheer/dance competition, ultimately placing 9th in their division.

Piqua's Ivee Kaye qualified for the state gymnastics meet in both All-Around and Uneven bars.

Troy's Jennifer Hanson competes on the beam at the Division I state gymnastics tournament at HilliardBradley High School.
