Camping Facilities: There are a limited number of sites available at the Miami County Fairgrounds for self contained campers. All campsites at the Fairgrounds are equipped with electricity. Water and sewage are available. The fee for campers is $25.00 a night with electric hook-up. Campers may contact Shelly Keller by e-mail at mcas1@frontier.com, or call the office Wed-Fri from 9-5 at 937-335-7492. Deadline to reserve a camp site is May 24th. Emergency Medical Services will be on the festival site during festival hours.

Our festival has something for everyone! Arts and Crafts: Browse the hundreds of booths to find that special handmade item you have been
looking for Food: Enjoy the wide variety of choices from fair food to the many delectable strawberry dishes! Music: Continuous entertainment is offered both Saturday and Sunday of the festival, including the FREE concert on Saturday Night featuring McGuffy Lane! Sports and Events: We offer many events for kids and adults of all ages! Join us for our Parade on Saturday morning, participate in our 10k Run, Bike Tour, Pie Eating Contest, Softball Tournament, Diaper Derby, and MORE! Bed Races Friday, June 1, 2013 - 7:00p.m. Rules and Guidelines
1. Bed must resemble a household bed and measure no less than 3’x6’ and no more than 6’x8’ (width x length) and be rectangular in shape. Bed must have four (4) functional wheels and all wheels must be in contact with the road surface at all times. Teams shall consist of: one (1) rider, four (4) pushers and (1) alternate. Team members must be at least 18 years of age. The bed rider must wear protective head gear. Sponsored by: 2. There will be a test of the team’s agility as well as the race against the clock. The race will be run in heats of two (2) beds each. 3. Check in for teams and beds will be held between 5:15 pm and 6:15 pm the evening of the bed race. The check in area will be located in front of Verizon. Beds will be staged on S. Market St., just south of Franklin St. 4. Races will begin at 7:00 pm and be run by Division; Men only, Women only, Open and Masters age (35+). Age verification may be required. 5. Trophies will be given to first, second and third place finishers in each Division. A trophy will be given for best decorated bed and best team theme. 6. A bed may be entered in more than one Division. 7. The application and waiver must be completed and returned with the $35.00 application fee by May 17, 2013.

Matches will consist of an (8) eight game pro-set. First one to reach 8 games by one wins. 2. Matches will be scheduled and a 15 minute default time will be used. 3. Trophies will be awarded to the champions and runner-up in each division. 4. There must be a minimum of 4 entries to hold a division. Divisions lacking sufficient entries, the entrants will be placed in the next older age bracket. 5. All players must furnish USTA-approved balls for each match. Winners get new can. 7. USTA rules will be followed. 8. Doubles partners must fill out a separate entry form in order to be valid. Further rules and instruction will be given from 11:30 am to 12 noon before the Diaper Derby. Register now!!! PRE-REGISTRATION REQUIRED • Contest for crawling babies only. • Babies can be no older than 13 months by June 2, 2013. • Babies will be required to crawl across a carpeted race course while coaxed by a coach at the finish line. • Races will be run in heats. Heat winners will advance to the finals. • Prizes awarded to first, second, and third place winners, and for the best costume. • Babies MUST be pre-registered before May 25th and must check in 30 minutes before or at 11:30 am.
