First Day: February 19 MANTHAN: Case Study ‘Manthan’ is a platform for the participants to showcase their innate talent of solving a business problem by in depth analysis and creative solutions. Rules: 1. It is a team event comprising of 2 members 2. The case will be given 2 hours prior to the commencement of presentation
PRAVAAH: Extempore Connectivity and spontaneity is the key to success, so let’s express without thinking of the pay phone. Rules: 1. It is an individual event 2. The medium of expression would be English 3. Time limit: 3 minutes

PARIKALPANA: Picture completion An old saying goes ‘A Picture is worth more than thousand words’. ‘Parikalpana’ is all about expressing creatively. So, put on your artistic cap for this colourful event. Rules: 1. It is an individual event 2. Each participant will be provided with colours and drawing sheet 3. The theme will be given on the spot
ARIPANA: Rangoli This is the right place to conflux your ideas and the aesthetic art form that awaits your doorstep. Fly high with your spirits tinted by the colors of life. ‘Aripana’ is about shaping your thoughts with swinging colors and a twist of fusion. Rules: 1. The event is a team event and each team shall comprise of two participants 2. Each team shall be provided with rangoli colours 3. Use of external colours or any other material is not allowed

CHALCHITRA: Movie Making Film is a great tool to play with human emotions & thoughts. Here is a chance for you to get behind the camera and show your creative side through the art of movie making. Rules:

The originality of the video is a must Maximum duration of the video is 5 minutes The video can be in English/Hindi or subtitled in English Your video must not contain any vulgar or offensive material Your video has to be made in a group of not more than 8 members of which one has to act necessarily

SECOND Day: February 20 GYAN BUZZ: The Quiz A few minutes to gamble with the words like WHO, WHAT, WHEN, WHERE, HOW & WHOM. ‘Gyan Buzz’ is a quiz show which tests your presence in and around the world. So be ready to play back the questions put forward by the quiz master. Rules: 1. It is a team event, each team will comprise 2 members 2. The rules of the individual rounds will be explained by the quiz master
SAMVADA: Debate If you love logical arguments, you love debate. If you don’t expect anyone to just sit and agree with you then pull the battle with your consistency, factual accuracy and some degree of emotional appeal to the audience. Samvada gives you an opportunity to convince with a sound reasoning. Rules: 1. The topic for debate is ‘Subsidies in agriculture boosts agricultural development’ 2. A team of two members is allowed from every college (One in favour of motion and one against the motion) 3. Time limit: 5 minutes (3+1+1)

PRAROOP: Designing Brand Identity Create a new brand from the Scratch!! All you need is to apply all the creative skills that you have acquired during the years of learning which will help you develop the perfect identity of a brand. Rules: 1. The event is a team event and each team shall comprise of two participants 2. For a given product you have to develop a brand name, logo and a tagline. 3. The product will be disclosed on the spot 4. Time limit: 60 minutes
CHITRA: Face Painting Form of body painting limited to the face in which different types of colours and techniques can be used to show your creativity. Rules: 1) It is a team event and each team must have 2 members 2) Participants are supposed to bring required material 3) Time limit: 30 minutes

RASVADA: Foodie Freaks Calling all the food lovers! This game brings out your gastronomic cravings into the form of a competition. With questions on topics ranging from street food to exotic cuisine, each player is bound to get a full serving of food knowledge. Rules:
1. The event is a team event and each team shall comprise two participants 2. One of the team member has to enact the food item and the other member has to identify the food item 3. Each team will be given 5 minutes to enact 4. The team who identifies the maximum number of items in the stipulated time wins

Third Day: February 21 NIVESH: B Plan ‘Nivesh’ is to conceptualize, capitalize and conquer your entrepreneurial dreams. It is a platform for potential idea generator to evaluate their plan in the risk-free environment. Rules: Theme - ‘Food Security’ Cash prize would be awarded A team should have at maximum 4 members 20 minutes will be given for the presentation of the B Plan. The business plan must be financially sustainable/ profitable. It must be scalable and have potential for growth. 6. ANTRAAL: Ad Mad Show Life today without advertisement is just like salt without food. ‘Antraal’ is all about your craziness and innovativeness to publicize an idea.

VISHLESHAN: Journalistic Writing Vishleshan gives you the opportunity to show your journalistic writing and event reporting skills. Contribute your bit in changing the society with the might of your pen. Rules: 1. It is an individual event 2. The theme for writing would be given on spot on any contemporary issue , any incident in the form of a media content or otherwise 3. Your article must not exceed more than 500 words 4. Time limit: 30 minutes
SARGAM: Singing Competition “Where Word fails Music speaks�. Sargam gives you a platform to sing your heart out and witness vocal talents encompassing different genres of music which shall melt heart and soul. Rules: 1. It is an individual event 2. Participants have to bring the track 3. The participant has to arrange for the person who would accompany him/her on instruments brought by him 4. The song chosen by the participant should be in accordance to the decorum of the competition

THIRKAN: Dance Competition ‘Thirkan’ is a platform for talented individuals who are passionate about dancing. Rules: 1. It can include all dance forms ranging from contemporary, hiphop, classical, semi-classical, folk dance 2. Time given for each participant is 3 - 5 minutes 3. Participant is supposed to submit their song prior to competition in pen-drive/ CD 4. Song, choreography and the outfits chosen by the participant should maintain the decorum of the competition

The registration in the institute will be done from 8:30 am to 9 am on February 19, 2014 3. The individual registration fees for participant from outside are INR 150/day and for local participant the fee is INR 60/day 4. Kindly bring college ID card at the time of registration 5. The food will be provided by the system of coupons 6. The participant must maintain dignity and decorum of the institute and should abide by the rules and regulation of the event 7.
