1999 •SHEENTHANE® AS不黃變系列上市，為全球 少數有能力生產不黃變TPU製造廠之一。

公司簡介 本公司係熱可塑性聚氨酯樹脂 (TPU – Thermoplastic
Polyurethane)之專業製造廠，公司成立於1997年7月， 主要供應接著劑、熱熔膠、射出級、押出級、油墨用和熱 熔膠粉末等規格TPU，為全球最具規模TPU製造廠之一。

•Soft TPU hotmelt AH-500 series enter the market and successfully launch to textile industry.

•Expand factory to 12000 m2 with annual capacity of 4,500 tons. Launch TPU ink series.
1998 •The first adhesive grade TPU manufacturer in Taiwan with 2,000 tons annual capacity, SHEENTHANE® AS series enter the market.

TPU 溶劑型接著劑 特性 SHEENTHANE® AS 系列產品有不黃變、耐水解、噴膠及冷貼等 產品；具有初期接著力佳、溶解速度快、強結晶性，低熱可塑性 等特質，可單獨使用亦可加架橋劑使用，並可依客戶需求生產不 同黏度之產品。
用途 適用於鞋材、紡織品、傢俱(MDF板)貼合及消防水帶共擠出等； 對TPU、PVC、Nylon、Polyester、布及真皮等各種材質接著 性佳。
TPU FOR SOLVENT-BASED PU ADHESIVE Characteristics
SHEENTHANE®
Excellent initial bonding strength, good solvent solubility, strong crystallization, low thermoplasticity, can be used as mono-component adhesive, or with crosslinking agent. We can customize different viscosities for each grade.
Application Excellent bonding strength for TPU, PVC, Nylon, Polyester, fabrics, leather. Suitable for shoes, textile industry, furniture products(MDF board) and fire hose co-extrusion.

用途 熱熔膠膜、止水膠條、低溫化學片、熱轉印、紡織貼合、汽車工 業等。
TPU FOR HOTMELT ADHESIVE Characteristics Excellent bonding strength for TPU, PVC, Nylon, Polyester, fabrics and oily leather. In this series, we have aliphatic, polyester and polyether grades. We can customize different melt flow index for each grade.
