Space going fast as Michelin Training Centre signs up for Brityrex Brityrex International 2012, Event City, Manchester, 9 -11 October 2012 The highly-regarded Michelin Training Centre (MTC) has confirmed that it will be exhibiting at Brityrex International at EventCity, Manchester in October. The Stoke-onTrent based organisation is seen as a reference point for tyre industry training and will be a popular addition to a growing line-up of exhibitors.

Other trade suppliers recently signed up for the UK’s only independent tyre and equipment exhibition include King Pin Wheels, Tyre Bay Direct, Harvie Tyres and freight forwarding specialist Maritime Cargo Services.

Displayed in the main foyer for all visitors to see, entrants will simply have to visit the Hofmann Megaplan stand and fill in a brief questionnaire to automatically put them in the hat. As per 2010, the lucky winner will be selected from a hat by show organiser Paul Farrant.

Winning the NTDA TAFF Tyre & Aftermarket Supplier of the Year award has brought even more attention to the technical expertise of our TPMS programme. Brityrex International 2012 Brityrex International 2012 is being staged in Manchester just before new EU legislation on Tyre Labelling and Tyre Pressure Monitoring Systems (TPMS) comes into force in November. To bring the trade right up to speed on all aspects of the new legislation a series of information-packed briefings are planned for show visitors.

The Tyre Talk seminars are being hosted by the Tyre Industry Federation (TIF) who will explain the implications of the new legislation and help retailers comply with it. The free seminars will be staged in a dedicated presentation area in the main show hall.

In addition to Tyre Labelling and TPMS the seminars will also cover Tyre Repairing and Tyre Retreading. The schedule of Tyre Talk seminars at Brityrex is as follows:
