Upgrade Treats Choose one of our ‘Upgrade Treats’ (page 9) to enhance your spa visit. Please inform reception at time of booking. We have a full catering service for groups or events (additional costs apply). Food and drink other than that purchased in the Spa cannot be consumed on the premises. Pre-Payment To secure your booking, full pre-payment is required over the value of £50 or for a weekend booking. Cancellation Policy To avoid being charged 100% of the treatment/ package price, please give 24+ hours notice to cancel or rearrange a booking. Failure to attend an appointment will result in 100% treatment/package charge.

Refunds Refunds cannot be issued for prepaid treatments/ packages cancelled within 24 hours of appointment date or for no shows. Please note that gift vouchers used for pre-payment cannot be reinstated if the booking is cancelled within 24 hours of appointment date or for no shows. Refunds cannot be issued for gift vouchers, treatment programmes or retail products. Group Bookings With a range of packages and treatments available, we cater for groups (up to 16). A group booking can be held provisionally for 2 weeks from date of booking, in which time full pre-payment is required to secure the booking. Refunds cannot be issued if the whole group booking is cancelled 4 weeks prior to the event. If a group member cancels within 2 weeks prior to the event, a refund cannot be issued. A replacement group member must be found. Gift Vouchers Please quote your voucher number at time of booking and present it at reception upon arrival. Vouchers are non-refundable and will expire up to 12 months from the date of purchase, rendering them invalid. Gift vouchers cannot be used to purchase another voucher. Report any lost voucher to reception. (Please note special offer gift vouchers may have a shorter valid period). Medical Conditions Please inform the receptionist at time of booking of any medical conditions you may have or if you have had any recent operations as some treatments cannot be carried out. Where a treatment is not suitable due to medical reasons, your Therapist will do their utmost to offer an alternative treatment. Pregnancy We offer specialist treatments to enjoy during pregnancy after 3 months. Please inform reception at time of booking how many months pregnant you are.

Teens Please consult the Receptionist if your daughter/son is under 16 years and you wish to book them in for a treatment/package. All Teens under the age of 18 years visiting the Spa must do so with a responsible adult.

What to Bring Two sets of swimwear. Flip-flops if you are having a pedicure. Robe, towel, slippers, shampoo, shower gel and hairdryers are provided for clients using the spa facilities.

Welcome

Arrival Time Please check in at reception at the agreed arrival time. Spa Packages and Treatments with use of facilities Approximately 75 minutes before your first treatment which will allow time to complete your health consultation. Treatment/s without use of facilties – Approximately 5 minutes before your appointment time.

Late Arrival Late arrival will result in your treatment time being reduced or not being able to carry out your treatment due to time limitations and follow on client appointments.

Spa Facilities

Use of Spa Facilities Any treatments over the value of £50 plus all Spa Packages include complimentary use of the facilities. Use of spa facilities must be pre-booked at time of booking. If your treatment/s cost less than £50 and you wish to pre-book the use of the facilities, you can upgrade to use them for 75 minutes before your treatment by paying the difference between the total treatment price and £50.

Valuables No responsibility can be accepted by the management for the safety of money or valuables of any kind brought to the Spa.

Treatment Information

Treatment Time In order to provide a professional service, the ‘Allow’ treatment time includes a health consultation with your Therapist, getting changed and comfortable on the couch, the treatment itself, aftercare advice, time to get changed and enjoy a glass of water whilst you relax by the pool.

Therapists If you prefer a specific Therapist please inform the receptionist at the time of booking. Homecare Service Your Therapist will provide appropriate homecare advice and recommendations based on your needs. Depending on your treatment, a complimentary Homecare guide maybe left at reception for you to collect upon departure.

Checking Out Departure Time Please check out at reception at the agreed departure time according to the duration of your package or treatment/s. Client Feedback Your feedback is very important as it helps us to continually develop and improve our services. Please fill in our client comments book in the spa or give your feedback to the Receptionist.

Begin your ZenSpa journey with an invigorating scrub and removal of hard skin, feet are exfoliated, soaked, oils and creams are applied. Cuticle work is carried out followed by an application of heel repair balm and finally a shape and polish with the colour of your choice. This treatment should be carried out once a month and used as maintenance to keep feet looking hot.
