Tyrexpo Asia heading for another record show in 2013 Singapore Expo Centre 19, 20, 21 March 2013 he ninth edition of Tyrexpo Asia is set to become the biggest version ever staged in the Singapore Expo Centre. With seven months still to go until the show opens its doors there is an unprecedented level of interest, with over 6000 sq.m gross of floor space sold to date. One of the reasons for this is that many developing Asian countries are investing in aftermarket services and wider customer choice, creating a growing demand for tyres and service-related equipment. These factors are contributing to the exceptional interest in the show, as suppliers recognise the opportunities for new business in strong markets. In addition, Asia remains a buoyant economy compared with other major trading territories in Europe, the US and Middle East, which continue to be affected by financial and political uncertainty. Tyrexpo Asia heavyweights Stamford Tyres, YHI Corporation, Elgi Rubber, Omni United and BKT are among more than 160 companies who have already signed up. Joining them for the first time since 2007 will be Indian tyre manufacturer CEAT. The show will cover all aspects of the international tyre and workshop equipment sector.
