Ian Lea Photography

My name is Ian Lea and photography has been my passion since my grandfather bought me first camera when I was about 9 years old. I turned my bedroom into a darkroom and taught my self to print. I practised on my girlfriend, now my wife, then approached a model agent and asked him if I could take some pictures of his models. "Yes" he said, "as long as we can have some pics". He liked them and then commissioned me to photograph more of the models. The agent was Nigel Martin Smith, the to be manager of Take That. The rest is history as they say.
