Please conclude all visiting and return to your seats when the music starts at the beginning of each session. Except for bottled water, food and beverages are not allowed in the seating area. Please turn all cell phones to “vibrate” or “off.”

Please do not leave personal items in the meeting areas overnight. Any items left may be placed in the Lost & Found located in the church lobby.
Please be punctual to meals. Meet new friends while you wait in line. Meals purchased at the door may be available at an increased rate.

To avoid distractions and to protect the privacy of all of our conference attendees, speakers, and guests, please limit your shots to speakers and events taking place on the platform or to group shots with the permission of those being photographed. Authorized event photographers will be clearly identified. Unauthorized video or audio recording for retrieval of any type is not allowed at any time for any reason. Anyone in violation of these guidelines will be asked to delete shots or footage including digital content obtained in violation of the guidelines and to follow the guidelines.
