Please conclude all visiting and return to your seats when the music starts at the beginning of each session. Do not bring any food or drinks into the seating area except for bottled water. Please turn all pagers and cell phones to “vibrate” or “off.” Please do not leave any personal items in the Con­vention Center overnight. Any items left will be placed in the Lost and Found located in the Camp Office at the back of the Convention Center.

Families With Young Children The Family Viewing Area on the north side of the Convention Center is available for young children who are unable to quietly attend the main session. A Nursing Mothers Room is available for mothers with nursing infants only. Please ensure that only parents or siblings 16 years old or older attend younger children in the Family Viewing and Playground Areas. With the advent of smart phones and small digital cameras, capturing still and motion pictures as well as audio for personal use has never been easier. To avoid distractions and to protect the privacy of all of our conference attendees, speakers, and guests, please limit your shots to speakers and events taking place on the platform or to group shots with the permission of those being photographed. Authorized event photographers will be clearly identified. Unauthorized videography or audio recording for retrieval of any type is not allowed at any time for any reason. Anyone in violation of these guidelines will be asked to delete shots or footage including digital content obtained in violation of the guidelines and to follow the guidelines.
