Please conclude all visiting and return to your seats when the music starts at the beginning of each session. Do not bring any food or drinks into the seating area except for bottled water. Please turn all cell phones to “vibrate” or “off.” Please do not leave any personal items in Maranatha Hall overnight. Any items left will be placed in the Lost-andFound located in the ATI Information Table in the Maranatha Hall lobby. To maintain our testimony to the University of Northwestern–St. Paul, please take care to keep the seating area neat and clean at all times. Unauthorized videotaping is not permitted during this conference. Live duplication of most sessions will be available at the book sales tables in the Maranatha Hall lobby.
Families With Young Children The Family Viewing Area and the Nursing Mothers’ Room are available off of the Maranatha Hall lobby for young children who are unable to quietly attend the main session. It is in room F2211. With the advent of smart phones and small digital cameras, capturing still and motion pictures as well as audio for personal use has never been easier. To avoid distractions and to protect the privacy of all of our conference attendees, speakers, and guests, please limit your shots to speakers and events taking place on the platform or to group shots with the permission of those being photographed. Authorized event photographers will be clearly identified. Unauthorized videography or audio recording for retrieval of any type is not allowed at any time for any reason. Anyone in violation of these guidelines will be asked to delete shots or footage including digital content obtained in violation of the guidelines and to follow the guidelines.
